Welcome to REN GOLF (hereinafter "the Service"). We take your privacy and data security extremely seriously. This policy aims to transparently explain how we collect, process, use, and protect personal information generated during your use of the Service.

1. Core Data Collection Principles

We only collect information when necessary to provide more accurate golf scoring evaluation and analysis:

Account Identity: When you sign in via Google or Apple, we only access the necessary name and email to sync your cross-device scores.
Golf Professional Data: Including course coordinates, stroke records, and team member associations. This data is the core asset of your personal skill analysis.
Image Recognition Data: Original scorecard photos you upload are used solely for OCR parsing. After recognition is complete, the system handles them according to security protocols.

2. Data Processing & Applications

We apply collected data in the following scenarios:

AI Engine Optimization: Anonymized scorecard format data is used to continuously train our OCR model, improving recognition compatibility across global courses.
Real-Time Leaderboard: Converting your strokes into live rankings on the Live Board (only for public tournaments you participate in).
Technical Support & Tuning: Using device information (such as OS version) to fix app crashes and improve stability.

3. Advertising & Third-Party Disclosure

The Service may display relevant ads in partnership with Google AdSense. Third-party providers may use cookies or mobile device identifiers (such as IDFA/AAID) to serve interest-based advertisements. You can disable personalized ad delivery at any time through your system settings.

4. Data Retention & Security

For guest mode users, data is stored only in the device's local encrypted database. Registered users' data is stored on Firebase cloud servers with SSL encryption and firewall protection. If you request account deletion, we will physically delete all associated personal data from our servers.

5. Your Data Control Rights

You have full control over your own data. You can export all match records at any time from the App settings, or exercise your rights to correction and deletion. We firmly believe that "data belongs to the player" is a fundamental principle of the digital age.
