Managing golf team events often involves heavy administrative burdens and poor real-time communication. REN GOLF's Team Management System digitizes the entire tournament process, allowing administrators to control every detail from their phone, from preparation to completion.
Upon entering a team, you are greeted with a highly integrated data dashboard. The main page consolidates historical team data and recent tournament results, featuring five core modules:

When you create a team, the system automatically generates a 6-digit alphanumeric Invite Code. To prevent visual confusion, we automatically exclude ambiguous characters like I, O, 0, and 1.

✨ The Reveal Logic: During the awards dinner, admins can switch to Ceremony Mode. This temporarily freezes the leaderboard on members' phones. Results are only revealed on everyone's screens one by one as the admin "reveals" them on site, creating a perfect social surprise.
For New New Peoria tournaments, admins can trigger a "Random Draw." The system spins like a slot machine to lock in the hidden holes for the day, ensuring fairness and adding a sense of ritual.
Once the round starts, data from multiple groups is linked in real time. Using REN GOLF's exclusive Data Sync Locking Mechanism, the system handles cloud conflicts automatically when multiple people enter scores across different holes, ensuring no data is overwritten and everything is instantly visible on the "Live Board."
