Operations Manual: Digital Guide from Setup to Completion

  1. Creation & Member Recruitment:
    Enter Team Mode via the menu. After creating a team, provide the 6-digit invite code or QR Code for members to apply. Administrators review and approve applications, manage roles, and track dues payment status.
  2. Tournament & Event Deployment:
    Navigate to the "Team Tournaments" module to create events, set venues, player limits, and scoring methods (e.g., Modified Callaway). Members can register directly after viewing the bulletin, with group assignments fully synced via the cloud.
  3. On-Course Sync & Presentation:
    Use the "Live Board" to monitor real-time progress across all holes. When entering the awards dinner, switch to Ceremony Mode — automatically hiding all rankings on player devices until they're officially revealed at the event.
  4. Statistics & Honor Assets:
    After tournament completion, results flow back into the database, consolidating into team-wide analytics. Each member's dedicated "Honor Wall" accumulates victory medals, establishing the team's exclusive digital legacy.
