The Service is operated by the REN GOLF development team and aims to provide golfers with digital scoring and team management solutions. Please read the following terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing the Service through the web interface or mobile application, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and agree to be bound by these terms.
The Service includes but is not limited to: AI OCR scorecard recognition, personal score history cloud storage, real-time tournament leaderboard (Live Board), and team administration tools. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use this software and its related services in accordance with these terms.
Your Data: Stroke records and scorecard photos you upload belong to you. We only process such data on a non-exclusive basis to the extent necessary to deliver the Service (e.g., OCR recognition, cloud sync).
System Property: All original source code, UI designs, logos, and technical algorithms (particularly the OCR core engine) of the Service are protected by intellectual property law. Copying, distribution, or commercial use in any form is prohibited without written authorization.
To provide a better experience, REN GOLF will continuously iterate and update. We reserve the right to adjust, update, or temporarily suspend portions of the Service for maintenance without prior notice. We shall not be liable for brief interruptions caused by force majeure or system maintenance.
OCR recognition results and data analysis recommendations provided by the Service are for reference only. Golf is a rigorous sport, and for official tournament results, users should defer to on-site referees or official course records as the final authority. We assume no legal liability for tournament disputes arising from data recognition errors.
We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time in response to regulatory changes or operational needs. Revised content will be published on this page or through system announcements. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
